I was checking out how to make baturas when i read few recipes that it needs to be allowed to ferment thats when I saw this show on tv so this recipe has no yeast or no need to ferment.Your chana baturas will be ready in few hours.
In local hotels and chaat shops you get over sized huge ball like baturas served with chana gravy. When I was young we used to goto a hotel in Karama Little hut they served huge baturas with tandoori chicken which used to be super yummy too.We used to go there often and everyone coming there only had that dish their speciality.Anyone remember that??
